SAEN READINESS PROGRAM
The SAEN Readiness Program is a 22-week hybrid internship designed to provide hands-on training in arts management, nonprofit leadership, and creative entrepreneurship. Participants will gain experience in marketing, event production, research, administration, and strategic planning across our parent company Shhhh World Inc's internal divisions—including Shhhh Life, Shhhh Corp Entertainment & Lifestyle Brand Management, and Shhhh Legal Services.
Interns commit to 10 hours per week, with one required in-person office day and the remaining hours completed virtually. The program includes in-person workshops, webinars, and virtual conferences, one-on-one coaching, and opportunities to attend industry events. Upon successful completion of all program requirements, interns are eligible to receive a $1,000 stipend, college credit (if applicable), and a certificate or letter of recommendation.
Job Description: As an intern at Shhhh World, you will be selected to join a small team at one of our divisions and play a crucial role in supporting various aspects of our operations and projects. This internship is designed for individuals who are versatile, self-starters, organized, and passionate about the arts, administration, law, and media. Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):
1. Media and Content Manager at Shhhh Life

Collaborate with the artistic team to contribute to the development and execution of artistic elements for productions.

Manages content and stories on the online publication.

Organizes and submits stories on artists and artistic events.

Pitches stories for our clients and events to media outlets.

Attends divisional workshops and training.
2. Events Coordinator at Shhhh Life:

Provide administrative support to the production team, including scheduling, coordinating meetings, and managing correspondence.

Sources and securing sponsorship for upcoming leadership conference and annual gala.

Aid in logistical planning for events, event programs, and attendees.

Submits weekly productivity report.

Attends divisional workshops and training.
3. Account Manage at SCLEB:

Develops and implements social media strategies to promote artists, new releases and content and engage with the audience.

Creates and curates content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok.

Monitors social media channels, respond to inquiries, and foster a positive online community.

Submits weekly productivity report.

Attends divisional workshops and training.
4. Legal Apprentice at Shhhh Legal Services:

Manages and supports trial paralegals at personal injury law firms.

Manages calendar appearance, deadlines for filing motions and pleadings.

Develops and manages leads to source for attorneys hiring independent paralegal services.

Submits weekly productivity report.

Attends divisional workshops and trainings.
Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in or recent graduate from a relevant arts, administration, or communications or pre-law program is desired, but not required.

Strong passion for the arts and a desire to work in a creative and collaborative environment.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Proficient in social media platforms and content creation tools.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Ability to dedicate a minimum of 10 hours per week on projects and training.
